5 Tips for Web Success

  1. Spend time up front to find out what your customers really want and need from your website.
  2. Make sure your content is up-to-date, brief and answers user’s questions.
  3. Markup your page according to web standards and include keywords and appropriate terminology people might use to search for your products or services.
  4. Provide an about page and current contact information. Answer all email enquiries within 48 hours if possible.
  5. Your website is not a static medium and required constant maintenance.
